Flower Danceby DigiFotoBuddyComment: This seems to have a melancholy feel to it - like the winds of autumn are coming and this is the last day that the petals will be yellow. It's very moving, actually. I like it. |

Water Liliesby DefyTimeComment: Very pretty colors and composition, but the crop feels a little tight on the sides. |

Alien Beautyby SammieComment: Love the use of shallow DOF here. The soft, muted colors are really pretty and a nice contrast to the spiky form of the flower. |

Tulip Seasonby JudiComment: I like the colors and I especially like the way the pinks and greens look against the blues in the background, but the crop feels too tight, especially at the top and along the right edge. |

Flower In Handby AhargestComment: The flower is quite lovely, and I like the soft sepia treatment, but I really don't care for the angle that the hands come into the picture. |

FlowerPowerby jsonComment: interesting blur treatment of this. not sure it's really my cup of tea, but it *is* interesting. the colors and lighting are really nice. |

Wild Flowerby Tap10Comment: This is a very unusual and interesting flower. The background is a little busy for my taste - the strongly contrasting colors are a bit of a distraction. Perhaps a mild desat of the background would help to isolate the flower and make the subject 'stronger'. |

Free To Be You And Me!by BethieBComment: I like the crop and the composition of this, but the lighting seems a touch harsh. Also, it seems to have some haloing around the flowers, but I'm not sure if this is from sharpening, compression, or a filter effect. The background colors work really well to set off the yellow of the daylilies. |
