Foreground seems almost painted. Not sure it creates an attractive appeal. Also there is a great deal of grain, probably due to high iso and long exposure. I think subject could have been better.

Nice attempt, but several problems. There is the corners that created shadows on the picture. Try a narrower aperture. Also lots of grain in the sky. Try a little noise reduction or even a gaussian blur.
