For Jby bobdaveantComment: Didn't think the subject created a great abstract. The soft focus on the right takes away from the entire image. |

Billy Jeanby thorgilsComment: Needed to make the image more focused. The dull colors, though, would probably not have made much better an abstract. The subject didn't lend itself well to an abstract. |

Framedby kevrobertsonComment: What a cool idea. The use of such a simple object, to make an entire abstract was marvelous. Like this one alot for its simplicity. The only thing that this could have used was perhaps a filter to take away some of the noise. |

The Wooden Wavesby RentrenzComment: Almost looks like an old woodcut. The technique was really interesting. I like the way the pattern of the "waves" follows the shape the closer it gets to the tip. Nice job. Could use a bit more contrast, though. |

I'm Walkingby TheresaAComment: The use of cubism was exceptional on this image. The background, being two colors and cut in half, really take away from the beauty of the geometrical foreground. It would have had more impact if you simplified the composition by unifying the background. |

Shanty Detailby FrostyPawsComment: Nice subject, but the combination of two tones on this one, split by an obvious line, really hurt this one. I think sticking with one tone or another would have made the image better. |
