Okay i've looked for a minute. I see what appears to be an eye and and ear between the white highlights of the flame. Is that what you saw? Anyway, it is a confusing image.

What beautiful cats. I'll bet they do give you double trouble when they get going. It is a nice shot, but maybe too much like a snapshot. Still, it is not to say the image shouldn't have been taken. A tighter crop may have focused more attention on the cats and the umbrella, though I am not sure what the umbrella represents.

Your focus is really good. Detail and dof is above average, but the flower is too centered, and the image as a whole lacks punch.

Really big urban legend. It will strike twice in the same place. You did a very nice capture on this one. Did you use burst mode? I really want to learn how to take good lightening shots. Maybe you can give me some tips.

Must be a Canadian thing. Never used a lupine for that. Anyway, your model is lovely, and your detail is really good on the face and hair. I like the darker background with just hints of lupines coming through in the out of focus technique.
