 I spent a lightning storms duration up at a golfcorse near my house.
I dont belive this superstition is real...

What I liked: Lightling is hard to take pictures of. Good job. I like the blue hues and the clowds.

What I didn't like: Radio towers, centered composition. Creative cropping may have helped.

I wasn't convinced that this was a good entry for this myth. To me, it's more of a photo of lighting, and nothing to identify with the legend aside from that. That's just my opinion though, and I gave you the benefit of the doubt and rated it according to other factors. For a photo I don't think fits, quite a nice score :-) All other factors were quite perfect for a lighting photo.

It looks like the whole sky has opened up to blast out these rays. Good work, I really enjoy the vivid color. This shot has a lot of impact.

Really big urban legend. It will strike twice in the same place. You did a very nice capture on this one. Did you use burst mode? I really want to learn how to take good lightening shots. Maybe you can give me some tips.

Fantastic shot. I really like it. I like the colour of the sky, and the clouds. I wasn't sure at first about the artificial lights in the bottom right, but on reflection I think they do add to the image - they give it a sense of scale.

My friend just moved to a spot in town where there was recently a shooting. He told me "its okay; lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place." I thought that was a great analogy...

anyway, GORGEOUS image. Airbrush out the radio towers for your personal portfolio since you couldn't for the challenge :)
