A little dark. Needs better whites. The highlights ended up kind of becoming a midtone, which left the image somewhat muddy. Nice subject, though. I am really eating up these street shots.

September's Rain

Like the bright red leaf. It stands out against an otherwise monochromatic background. Would have liked a sharper focus on the leaf. Of course you couldn't get it, but a shaft of sun just highlighting the leaf would make a very strong composition. Don't know if shining a flashlight would have gotten the same affect, but more light on that leaf would have put the image right up there with a lot of other of the strong photos in the challenge.
