Those are nice cloud reflections in the water. They would have made a good picture by themselves, but for purposes of this picture, I'd have cropped them out. IMNSHO, they don't add to the "garbage" theme. As for the bottom portion of the picture, it looks like a golf ball in a water hazard. Do you really consider that garbage?

This picture is a little too big. I have to scroll to see the whole thing, and that makes it lose it's impact. I guess that's a trash bin at the bottom.

I would have done a closer crop of the stuff in the foreground. The stuff in the mid-ground is too far away to really see well, and the sky and trees don't really add much to the picture.
