Remember the Advantix films? Are they still around? I thought it was here to stay when it came out so I bought my wife an Advantix camera for her birthday (many years ago). I don't even think she snapped 3 rolls of film with it...

This is very similar to another entry I had for 'Habits' but I almost ran out of time and couldn't help to think that the Advantix concept really is garbage today.

Oh man, you got robbed, this was supposed to be in the top 10 in my opinion.

Ha! Nice idea, humor, composition, and execution with very good color choices.

I hate those cameras. The "wide" selection on the cam is pretty good though. Your setup and shot are both great. 8

it's interesting, but the first thing that came to mind when viewing this was "obsolete, not garbage."

In my opinion this does not really meet the challenge.

Too classy looking for topic. If this is a disparaging remark about the film, why is it in such a nice setting?

Beautiful background. I think that the film was added just to meet the challenge. I hope you have this image without the film canister. That really wrecked it for me.

Clever shot. Not sure that it really screams 'Garbage' to me, but I like the lighting and the background. Maybe just a hint more sharpening, perhaps?
