This is a really interesting composition -- I really like how the shot is divided between the "observers" on the left and the women in brilliant costume on the right. This is just me, but the costumed women look a tiny bit over-processed. Maybe you over sharpened? Maybe a little lest contrast.

Wonderful seascape, landscape, and stop-action. The light on the boat and the grass in the foreground is especially good. There is some noise in the sky, but it doesn't bother me. Good work.
