 Total lunar eclipse... clouds weren't cooperating to get a clear shot of the moon at first. The silhouettes in the front are dead sunflower stalks. Stood in a few inches of snow, ice and slush trying to get a some shots.

This is a composite of two shots... a car drove past illuminating the flowers in one shot, but the moon wasn't so great.. so I combined the two (and got the bonus plane trail too!) Cloned out a few lights from the cities across the river too.

I think, of the two lunar eclipse shots, I like this one better... the composition is better. But in both, the colors are very intriguing and beautiful. Nice shot!

Very nice! I like the sunflower stalks. I knew what they were, but the image looks like from another planet with them and the red moon. I like it a lot.

You got Saturn too, brightest star at the top of the photo. Very nice shot!
