That's one cool building! This is just me, but I'd be inclined to get more or less of the third story windows in the shot... It bugs me that they are chopped off, although it does give a sort of surreal feeling to the upper third of the shot. As I said, it's just me. 8) I really like the reflection of the clouds in the windows, and the fact that you can peek in the third window from the left on the second floor.

Well done with the long shadows and the light on that metal tower. I wonder how it would be to dodge a little on the shadow side of the tower, so we see a little molre detail. Nice, minimalist composition.
