Dominus Pater Culpa ("Lord, Father, a Sin")by FotoMunkiComment: Creepy! well shot image. A bit more blue (and maybe a colour cast to give the poster "look") might improve the association with the challenge. The title is a bit of a shoe horn (I think that culpa is normally translated as "blame"). |

Dragon’s Portal Courtyardby ShamanComment: I like the abstract quality of this image. Well composed. I like the colour desat and palette on the wall. However, I am having difficulty seeing the film poster qualities - maybe a dragon shadow on the wall is required (though I have no idea how you would get it). |

Death Pond Crimeby TransitComment: 10 for commitment of your model to the cause...! I am not totally sure about the lighting - maybe a bit too much on the bottom of the log (thid might benefit from a bit of dodging and burning to ramp up the contrast and drama) |

Dad's Patricide Comedyby chaliceComment: scary! If you had turned the lights opposite you down, or taken the photo with the lights to one side, you might have eliminated the distracting reflections in the glasses and created a bit more dramatic lighting. Your photo is also quite noisy - have you experimented with noise reduction software? |

Dragons of Pirates Coveby cabaComment: Interesting concept. For a still life, however, you need to get the focus and DoF right - the dragon appears to be out. Highlights on skull appear to be blown. Heavy shadows on the coins. I might have tried shooting with softer light (putting some cloth between the light and subject) and using contrast control to get the drama back. |

"Dirty Pastry Chef"by Rae-AnnComment: Weird effect - i like it. Not sure if I am 100% on board with the drip (makes me want to wipe it up!) but I like the colour palette. |
