Just want to say I am very sorry for the DQ. I hate them. Have had one in my time and they HURT! I just want to mention that my image (above) was not a champagne glass with a picture in the background; but of a live fireworks show happening on new year's eve on my TV. I know that might not be much consolation for Lydia, but the fact is it wasn't art or another photograph, it was LIVE action.

For what it's worth, I think yours is so line ball that it could have been given the benefit of the doubt in this situation, but that's the way it goes. I am sure the SC sweated it out.

Hope you do really, really, really well in the next few challenges Lydia!
