Lighting needs a little work here. Beautifully composed shot, but you've got some hot spots in the water - especially at the bottom pool. Also, the lighting at the top is almost too dark and at the bottom is too bright. Mid-day or afternoon sun? I've had my best luck shooting waterfalls (granted I'm using a P&S) at about 7pm. The tripod will definitely help with the sharpness too. Still, a very beautiful image.

Really beautiful composition. The shot is quite good - I think one of your best posted thusfar. It's a tad bright in spots - the highlights are almost blown out (but not quite). I think you could increase the contrast and sharpness a bit - perhaps run it through Neat Image. Really nice shot.

Great capture, but IMHO the background really interferes with viewing the butterfly. Because the gravel (or whatever it is) is so busy and reflective, it makes it very difficult to focus just on the butterfly. I would suggest 1) much tighter crop, 2) selecting just the butterfly or just the background and increasing the contrast between the two (whether darkening the background or lightening it - either one).
