Lifestyleby iamkmaniamComment: This is so clever and original. I love it! My only minor complaint (and yes, I know it's because of DOF) is that the top shoe isn't as in focus as the other two are - they're so crisp. Perfect crop and color/lighting. Really a brilliant shot. |

11 going on 21by CalliopeKelComment: This is really a beautiful piece of artwork. Not only did you capture a very playful emotion, but the lighting and tones are wonderful and really add to the "feel" of the image. Her eyes stare right through you. Really nice job. |

Under Mothby benhurComment: Cool idea, although not sure technically this shot meets your objectives. I think it would be very interesting to shoot this angle with a proper set up, so as to get good focus, lighting, etc. |

Who Needs PS?by SkipComment: This is WAAY cool! Great colors, perspective, and feel. (Brings back those college experimental days...) ;-) Fantastic shot! |

Dragon & Leafby davidus428Comment: Beautiful shot, but IMHO the border really detracts from the image. The red clashes with the purple of the dragonfly and the size of it detracts from the delicateness of the image. Again, just my opinion - it's a truly beautiful shot otherwise. |

Shin Falls, the salmon's challengeby ImagineerComment: Wow - Very naturally beautiful shot. The somewhat muted tones (given today's tendency to oversaturate) are a nice change of pace - especially the browns in the water. It's a very peaceful and serene image that looks like it could have been extracted from just about anywhere on earth. Good job on the editing, not to overdo it (I have a real hard time with that!). Very nice. |

Bonsai Kai: November Cotoneasterby ImagineerComment: Really stunningly beautiful subject and composition. The colors are great, as is the focus/DOF. It may sound odd, but the blue of the "pot" really seems a bit out of place. Have you/Did you consider making it a more homogenous color during processing? I think it might take the viewer's eye away from the main subject less if it were one of the tones already present, so as to blend in. Just my 2 cents... Beautiful shot. |

Needful Thingby ImagineerComment: I can hear the Stephen King words being whispered in the background... Really beautiful job processing this one. Love the shadows and reflections - very creepy and insatiable. |

Beach Sunsetby behindthescenesComment: I agree that the foreground looks "flash" overexposed. IMHO, it is out of context with the rest of the shot. I think you should stick with your beautiful silhouettes. :-) Great work! |
