"There, but for the grace of God, go I," says the Pumpkin!by tpocComment: I like the lighting and the deep rich color tones. Have to admit though, the challenge theme connection was a stretch for me - I scored it a 5. Focus is a tad soft and I think the composition is a little top heavy, but still a solid stock shot. |

Good Morning Sunshine!by tpocComment: I really like the tilted angle and the soft focus you used here. I'm sure she really likes this shot, as it looks like it captures her personality. Nice job. |

Things we throw awayby tpocComment: Great crisp focus and I really like the composition. Almost has a photojournalistic feel to it. The lighting on the files is a tad bright, but I really like what you've done with the processing. Nice capture. |

Piano Havenby saintaugustComment: How kewl is this?!? EXCELLENT DUDE! WOW! The fact that the patterns within the shapes are unusual and visually appealing, the lines are fluid and lead you through the image, the placement of the subject is like finding a pearl inside an oyster, then you realize that the "big picture" is that the shape could be a musical note. You're right, it's a VERY cool shot. |

Hole In The Wall Updatedby loriprophotoComment: Ya know... The focus does look strange in this version - it looked fine in the other. I think you're right, the fact that the shadow is so close to the actual outline of the horse adds to the illusion of OOF. Hrmph... :-/ I still love the composition and image. I mean, what a great capture. (Reminds me of Mr. Ed!) |

At the Zooby tpocComment: Very interesting artistic choice here... I like shots that make me wonder what the creator was thinking. Why did you choose to have the focus from the orangutan's perspective rather than the people's? All technical aspects of the photo aside, that is what really captivates me about this shot. |
