Lilyby Canadian_ehComment: Great colors, lighting, & composition. I would probably consider cloning out the black dirt spots/bugs - but that's just me. Nice shot. |

Skiers Bridgeby mfairbanksComment: Great shot! And I thought the Humpback Bridge in Covington, VA was the only "humpback" covered bridge left in the USA. Hmph... Learn something new every day! ;-) The composition is really nice here - may be a tad tight on the left - and I like how the red really pops against the winter backdrop. Nice capture. |

DSC04286_SwampFoliage2.jpgby mfairbanksComment: Love the beautiful autumn colors and the perspective here. Nice shot. The layers of trees & mist really add to the visual appeal too. |

DSC04749_CranmoreNigt_640.jpgby mfairbanksComment: This looks really cool, but I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking at... I assume that it's a ski resort? I love the polarizer effect on the lights (I've gotta get me one of those!). |

River w Bridge.jpgby cornettcagComment: I really like the perspective of this shot - the low angle works well. I would consider cropping more off the bottom though, to eliminate the highly reflective puddle in the rocks. The soft focus/glow works well, but the shot seems overall a bit on the dark side. You might try lightening it a bit and bumping up the color sat or using the tint brush with some lighter shades of the existing colors to brighten things up a bit. :-) Beautiful scene! |

Invitiation to Fightby CalamitysMaster00Comment: Very expressive shot - definitely agree. And this image certainly grabs your attention. With regard to the flash spot on the bag, you might consider trying to minimize it with some layers of burning and cloning - I've had some success with that. Good capture. |

Made Them Allby cornettcagComment: LOL - Love the setup! The crop seems a bit tight on the top & left, and the colors are a bit washed out, but you really got a great capture! I would consider burning some areas to deepen the color tones, maybe increase the color sat, and sharpen just a hair. Very cute shot! Still wondering how in the world you managed to convince the little guys to perform for you!!! |

GrasshopperOnGoldenrod.jpgby cornettcagComment: I like the deep, rich color tones in this shot. I also like the soft focus/glow. The crop seems a bit tight to me on the top though - the little guy needs to have somewhere to go. :-) Nice capture. |

A Different Point of Viewby cornettcagComment: I really like the concept and setup here - the rubber duck was a great touch! I think that the image seems a bit washed out though (pun intended). I would probably try to burn the reflection to deepen the color tones and shadows. If you reduced the overall lighting (PP), I think you could really improve the image's impact. Nice shot. |

Lady Justiceby CalliopeKelComment: Just noticed that this was yours. I thought this was such an unusually creative division for a triptych - it really stood out (in a good way). I think it probably would have done better if the lighting wasn't quite as harsh toward the base of her neck, but then again, it does add a shiny quality to the highlights overall... I like it and scored it a 7. |
