I love minimalist images and I think this has a lot going for it, but probably went too far. There is so much sky that the lighthouse gets lost with the low contrast duotone editing choice. I think that if that contrast was higher and/or you cropped more off the top & right, it would improve the shot by allowing the viewer to really see more of the subject (provided that the subject is in fact the lighthouse).

You got great focus for being on a boat! :-) The color is really nice and natural. I like the fluid lines too. I'm a sucker for a good bird shot (and no that doesn't mean for you to give me the bird - LOL). I like this a lot - the water spray really adds to the image.

Ya know, I think the sky seems more blown out with the white border than it would with a dark one. With a dark one you could pump up the color sat and I think it would work. Anyway, I like the silky water and the crop. Nice composition.

Nice capture. Good expression and DOF. I can almost feel the emotion & hear the music. My only suggestion would be to crop more off the right to take him out of the center. Otherwise, good job.

This is cool. I like how you matched the layered text to the clothing. The juxtaposition with the underwear is especially funny. This has a lot of layers of depth and possible correlations/relationships. Nice job making the viewer use the ole' noggin.
