jewelry.jpgby theSajComment: I like this. Nice composition - the lettering is a little overpowering, but the fact that it's hollow helps. I like that the gold is on the end of a blade - nice symbolism there. What do the markings on the ring mean? |

gazeboby ArpeggioAngelComment: I think the selective color offsets the centered composition nicely. Wonderful focus and tonal range. I even like the border. My only nit is that I probably wouldn't have colored the green leaves of the yellow flowers. Still, outstanding work. |

Sonoma Valleyby RikkiComment: YESSSS! You know me... I love anything that approaches the surreal and this certainly qualifies. The super saturated colors are great - especially the variations on the grape leaves. Nice leading lines and perspective too. The sky looks pretty "worked", but even that's growing on me. |

God Gave Rock & Roll to You....Put it in the Souls of Everyoneby theSajComment: Scored this a 6 during the challenge. I like the composition a lot. The DOF is good, but the focus could be a hair sharper and I think the color tones are a tad on the dull/dark side. Still, I think it's very engaging for the viewer - the model's expression really resonates. |

Sunset Slalomby tonyvComment: Great strong curving lines of composition and I love the warm tones of the backlit water, but the foreground is a hair on the dark side. Still, I scored this a 7 during the challenge - it is an amazing capture. Love the spray and don't even mind the slightly OOF. |

theSajLight.jpgby theSajComment: This is awesome - I would probably clone out the object hanging from the ceiling and the hot green spot in the lower right, but otherwise very cool capture. |

Sunbeams and rainby tonyvComment: Great use of ROT. Really nice definition of layers too (colors, levels, textures, etc.) Good job. |

Sun Silhouette 1by theSajComment: I totally agree with the Tim Burton theme... Eery feeling to the shot. I also would prefer to see the sun out of the dead center, but that's just me. |

Grapes of Wrathby Art RoflmaoComment: This is such a riot! You are a nutty genius! LOL How many of these little guys did you burn before you got the shot? ;) Great focus/DOF, color, & timing to pull this off! |

Earthyby TuckersmomComment: I like this! Not your everyday, run-of-the-mill flower shot. It's raw and edgy - the grain and muted tones add a lot to this image. Well done. |
