Interesting POV and good focus for the shallow DOF. Not the most flattering of poses, but it definitely creates the understanding of the "stolen cookie". Lighting and focus aren't bad. The composition is a little on the busy side. I'd probably crop it much closer, so that the viewer has fewer things to focus on. Still, it's a nice natural pose with a good exposure.

I've had days where I felt like that... Days where I've taken over 750 shots too. It is exhausting. The focus is a little soft for my personal taste and I think you could increase the tonal range with some levels adjustment, however, it does convey a great deal of emotion (and any time you achieve a "feeling" from your viewer, I consider it a success).
