Jokby sofapComment: beautiful image. Not sure I like the border but I love the colors otherwise. Not sure what this has to do with friends but I gave you an 8 anyway. Kind of haunting. |

Friendshipby euskadiComment: I gave this one a 10 because I think it is the best of what's in the challenge. Its a beautiful shot, cropped well, in focus, excellent color. |

Rustic Friendsby mannjuditComment: If the sideways lady had been a little more to the right and the highlights not on the other womans face, this would be an excellent shot. |

two buttiesby marxusComment: you made me laugh. I'll give you one for that. Focus is good but POV might have been better lower. Composition pretty good but colors seem off. 6 |

Star light, star bright, first star I catch tonightby dahkotaComment: Thank you to everyone for your comments. They are much appreciated.
How I did this: Chair - 2" tall, dead bush from backyard (trimmed to look more like a tree, spray painted black) magenta/red silk background (silk chosen for added texture, color chosen to stay away from yellow), black fleece blanket (chosen for complete lack of reflection), beads shaped like stars.
I saturated the yellow and the red as far as possible without blowing out either color.
I thought a 'textured' background would work better - some agree and some disagree. I am creating a better version of this shot with a little less texturing, more "star" looking stars and a lighter background.
thanks again for all your input!
