Summer migrationby aKiwiComment: Okay, you got me on this one! Only problem is there are no tacks in this image. ;) Wonder where they are going? Is that where little tacks come from? Excellent stop capture - I know it couldn't have been easy! 8 from me! |

Goldenby rexComment: you've got a set a brass tacks! Simple composition. Wish the dof was a little larger so all the tacks were in focus. The gold is well done. Sometimes reflective surfaces can ge a pain to photograph. 7 from me! |

"sTACK"by tfarrell23Comment: Where's the angel? Very simple and straight forward composition. I actually kind of like the simplicity. The off-white color of the background throws me a little as I expect it to be white, but that's my issue. I like that you got the detail in the upside down tack. The focus is good. 7 |

triple-ply TPby aplomb76Comment: this looks painful. And there are real tacks! Ouch! Believe it or not, I have the EXACT same toilet paper holder. Small world isn't it. I really like this. I imagine that is what toilet paper feels like to hemmoroid sufferers. Ouch! 8 for originality, good focus and excellent taste in toilet paper holders. |

Pen-Tacksby CantiqueComment: strange little things. Where are the tacks? ;) I think a greater DOF would have improved this image. It looks a little flat also. Kudos for finding an interesting tack to photograph. 6 from me! |

Thumb Tackby wheeleddComment: ouch! There are no tacks in this image. ;) Ouch again! The colors and composition in the image are great. I would have liked the finger to be more in focus - but its very close. 8 for making it look like you stuck a tack through your nail. If you really did, I know a doctor that can help with that... :) |

Mr Tacksby SondaComment: I am so glad I am not your neighbor. There are no tacks in this image. ;) Very intriguing. You've made it mysterious and ominous with your use of lighting and tone. Definitely set a mood. 7 for the creativity and the image. |

Tack's Gonna Getchaby bryanbrazilComment: Oh yuck! Shave those toe knuckles! The challenge called for TACKS. There is only one tack in this image. ;) Macro good - I may be able to find oyu later through a toe print! Think the tones you used are excellent. POV and DOF all well done. Gotta give you a 9. May want to buff out that callous there... ;) |
