I think this is perfect and can't believe all the low scores you got. I was not able to vote this challenge but you would have gotten at least a 9 from me. Humor, motion blur, B&W, good lighting, well focused and composed, what more could anyone ask for?! The fact that this got a 4.6 shows me to take all scores here with a grain of salt.
