daniel - day 1by ErinMComment: What a great start with this portrait of Daniel. I can't wait to follow the rest of your portraits but I'll only have my Blackberry to use for the next two weeks, bummer. The good news is that with your normal models and PP skills, they'll look great on anything. |

Little Sisterby JutildaComment: This is really nice and also unusual to get an out of the box flower shot. It's bold, but still delicate and the two stages of the bloom's life has a good story to tell. Nicely done. |

Quiet Sundayby MelethiaComment: Striking image, bold and strong, great composition and color. The only very modest critique is that the bike lane symbol is distracting (to me) and could be cloned out to simpllfy the leading line a little more. |

Orchidae Langdoniscusby GreetmirComment: Contrary to the recipient, I find the flowers and lighting exquisite; more dramatic lighting could easily override the petals' delicacy. |

hongkong-harbourby pla2Comment: Beautiful shot with the saturated red of the boat. It almost makes Hong Kong look serene. Beautiful composition. |

Tying you a Fly for Fishing...Relax, have fun!!by WriteHeartComment: Nice little wooly bugger and the peacock herl sparkles. This is nice and crisp, but the fly should be the dominant part of the image instead of the vise so maybe have only the barb/point held by the vise which will separate the fly from the distracting metal. Also, keep the shank of the hook parallel with the top and bottom frames and crop a little tighter to let potential tyers really focus on the fly materials and structure. |

when roses sleepby ErinMComment: The muted tones, misty background and other-worldly shapes in this are magnificent. Wonderfully composed. |
