This is a nice shot. I agree with bucket that there is a bit much foreground. A word of advice if you are going to do night shots is get a lens hood. They aren't expensive, and they will prevent those nasty lens flares, as I see a few in your shot. It will also greatly improve the contrast in the lighting. Right now, it looks like a lot of light is bleeding all over the image. Aside from the harsh critique, I like the picture.
