Locusts have no king, yet they advance together in ranksby markwileyComment: Interesting composition of the cicada in different phases of metamorphosis. We had the 17 year brood X here on the east coast a few years ago. It was fascinating to watch them develop en masse, lay eggs and die off. One clarification; cicada are not locusts. Locusts are the swarming phase of a type of grasshopper. |

Knowing how some vote these challenges they probably felt it was more about the scene than the cardinal. For me the cardinal makes it special! |
