I like this idea, but find the fence is going too far into the middle, essentially taking over the picture rather than leading my eye up to the building.

Great story, and really adorable look on his face. The angle really works here-I just wish you could have got him to look toward the camera. Lighting is excellent.

Great sense of drama you have captured here. The next moment is clear in her eyes, the grass gives wonderful context. The tight crop works wonderfully in bringing her eyes to the forefront, yet also flattens her face a bit, making it look slightly disorted-it is hard to tell that the upper corners go back, they seem to fill out to the sides. Perhaps a slighly wider crop would have given necessary perspective. Really crisp shot, focus and depth excellent. I had given this shot a 6, and if not for the flattening of the head would have scored higher.
