All Greyhounds alive today descended from a dog named Kong Cob, who lived in the 1700's.

In Homer's Odyssey, Odysseus' loyal dog Argus is a Greyhound. So they are a classic animal and very, very intelligent creatures.

I hope I don't start preaching about adopting these dogs, but it's hard to not to want everyone to enjoy their grace, beauty and sweetness.
