It's a small town, I guess maybe 600 people? It's on the edge of the Cascades in the middle of nowhere. The town council decided to bring in tourists for much needed money to carry peple thru the winter months when the town shuts down and most store owners head to the Pacific Islands! They thought the wildwest theme would work out fine. It's a cute town.

The book, "The Virginian" was written in Winthrop during the man's honeymoon. That's Winthrop's claim to fame.

Another adult Hello Kitty Fan? No way??!! I have an original Hello Kitty House and figurines left over from my darling step children! I have lots of stuff really, but I collect tins as well and use them as you do to organize my small items on my desktop. I think it adds charm. Thanks for sharing and good luck with your score.
