the double-crossby aplomb76Comment: Great idea and subject placement, and the blood stains are a nice touch. I think a less busy pattern on his shirt and less harsh lighting would have helped. 7 |

Au naturaleby LydiaComment: Nice image, though it doesn't really have the wow factor of others in this challenge. Also, some perfect blacks around the leaves are a little distracting (too much burning?). Still a great image that deserves an 8 |

My Thoughts on Divorce?by IvoComment: Aww! The border style isn't working for me but that's okay. Good concept, great lighting, great expression on her face, and it's off center too! 9 |

Cogs n Crossesby TerComment: If it weren't for the harshness of the lighting on the straight thing on the right, and the little black thing on the left (I'm assuming you're using it to frame the cog, it's just not working for me), I'd give it an 8. Speaking of lighting, the lighting on the cog is great, and really brings out the details. 7
Just a note - the black part of your border seems smaller on the top and left. If that's correct, try resizing to something like 700x??? first and then adding the border. |

X-X-Xby KelliComment: Actually, it's X-X-X X-X-X X-X-X. A tad over-/underexposed in some parts, and too centered. Still better than anything I could've done, especially in black and white. 7 |

An X-traordinary Sunsetby todbedyComment: I see the X, and it's huge, but if it were a different challenge, I wouldn't be thinking "Wow, an X!" Other than that, it's great. And I'm a sucker for sunrises and sunsets done well, so there's some bonus points. 8 |

Xby LalliSigComment: Why... so... serious? The tones on her forehead and neck are a bit flat, and there are some underexposed areas around her nose. Other than that, I really really like it. The concept and the look in her eyes are both perfect. 8 |
