Day Flows to Dusk, then Into the Nightby The_DentistComment: My first thought was, "Why did someone enter a single picture into a Triptych challenge?" Then I realized what you had done here. Very interesting and unique! I'm not sure it meets the textbook definition of triptych, but it is certainly an interesting series that I'm sure took a lot of effort. I'm impressed! |

Ebb and flowby pineappleComment: I'm not sure I understand the use of the tinting here. A good use of sepia is to create an old-time kind of feeling, but this really just tends to make it look like they're walking through muddy water. |

Elizabeth Kelly: Artistby ArcanistComment: This has a very unnatural feel to it, with the shadows being unnaturally highlighted, and the colors unnaturally saturated, I'm afraid. |

Big Boatby Andres ArangoComment: This seems like one of those shots that may have been just fine coming straight from the camera, and the editing kinda blew things. Why the weird purple tint? Why the tilt? Why the soft focus? These just seem like some unusual decisions for what might have been an otherwise nice shot. |

Springby AnnComment: Not sure about your choice of depth of field here. It just seems rather random to have some of the flowers in the center in focus, while everything else is blurred. The tilting doesn't really add to it either, I'm afraid. |

City Sculpturalby MatthewComment: Definitely one of my top picks -- what an interesting piece of architecture! The composition and lighting is fantastic here. |

City Bridgeby MAKamykComment: I recognize that view! I might have panned down a little to include less sky, and maybe more reflection from the Ft. Duquesne bridge. |
