A nice enough pose, but the skin tones need some serious work, I'm afraid. Everything is way too yellowish and contrasty. Probably a little too much headroom there, too.

Wow -- excellent job! This is perhaps one of the best representations of the challenge I've seen so far. Could certainly appear in a newspaper, and could certainly be a ribbon winner this time around.
