A cool cityscape! I might have added text in the water area since text is allowed in this challenge. As it is, it seems like the shot is a little too evenly divided in half. I probably would have cropped it so that there was less water and more sky, or fill the water with appropriate text.

Not sure if you used a tripod here or not, but you REALLY need to use a tripod and a *much* longer exposure to capture this. It's far too dark, I'm afraid. On a night when the lights are on at PNC Park, I'd close in on the city itself so you don't have to worry about those lights blowing everything out. Leave the exposure open for several seconds... like 2" at f5, or something, and you'll get a much more pleasing result, and there will be detail in the shadow areas. Here, we can't distinguish between the rivers and the trees on the shoreline.

I'm not normally the biggest fan of cat shots, even though I have taken a couple myself. But I really like this one a LOT. The sharpness is excellent, and it's a nice, simple shot. I gave 'er a 10.
