Here I amby marvinComment: I can see where you were aiming for the symmetry of the pavillion but having the subject so low in the photo creates an imbalance to me. Still, I rather like the idea! |

Breakoutby sherpetComment: Good idea! The leaf in the lower left may add compositionally but in a way is jarring, since it doesn't seem connected to the plant in the center. |

Stonehenge c 2000BCby obsidianComment: Nice shot, Carl! While the color version is good, I do prefer the way you did this up with the sepia. I espcially like the bird - adds a bit of life to a very old piece of history. Well done! |

by BradComment: A highly underrated picture I'd love to see in a larger size. And bleh to those who disliked the border. That's what made this picture, imho. |

One Headlightby yankoComment: A classic shot of a classic car. Great "feel" to this both texture-wise and color-wise. Love the fade to black and the curves. Overall a very nice piece of work! |

Billieby yankoComment: Excellent shot. The colors work perfectly here, with the steel a very nice contrast to the coloring on the goat. Great expression! Like the framing/cropping as well. |

New Loveby manic35Comment: Very lovely portrait of two lovely people. Like the use of the negative, bright space to the right, like the angle/placement of the subjects in the frame.
Edit: Since GIS_boy is in "Old", this must be Nic... or...or... it could be that stalker guy!! :-) |

A Beautiful Viewby idnicComment: Nifty idea, perfectly lit and exposed, but I kinda don't like her cut off at the neck - maybe an angle that includes just a tad bit of the shoulder. |

other choice for portraitby olddjComment: This is a lovely shot as well! This one speaks of "innocence" where the one you entered is more "kindness" to me. I love the way you've lit her hair on the one side - very pretty. And I don't mind the hair in her face at all. Adds to the innocent, almost shy quality of the portrait. |
