Interesting - I just read over some of the comments and I have to disagree with quite a few. I like the light, and I like it blown. I like the motion of the hand caused by the slow shutter speed. Composition works very well, and I rather think the softness/lack of sharp focus lends itself nicely to this picture and its tone.

Great finish in a very competitive challenge! This is an exceptional macro; what really makes it unique are the little pink curls and the one short petal.
