The Answerby Rae-AnnComment: Quite underrated my dear. Excellent exposure and lighting, and I love the "tripod" you used for your ghetto cam. That little thing serves you well. Remember, it's not the camera... you've shown that. :-) |

Night Fearsby chaliceComment: Definitely met the challenge well. I like the dark void that starts near the center at the top then runs down toward the right side. |

My sweet simple pleasure!by KelliComment: I think with just the suckers, arranged like a lot of folks arrange colored pencils (ie the center in one of the thirds, then radiating out from there) would have worked very well. Lighting is a bit on the harsh side, but by gosh, I still can't quite figure how to do that well without simply shooting my cat in his chair when the sun has moved over the top of the house (which is how I get that light, by the way.) |

Laughby KelliComment: LOL! This one is wonderful! He certainly does look like he's enjoying a good laugh. You done good with this character. :-) |

Greenby KelliComment: Works well for the challenge, but I'd have preferred that one top leaf in focus - it's prominence and position within the frame makes the fact it's not in focus somewhat distracting. Greens are a good shade on my monitor, by the way. |

Kittyby KelliComment: Nice kitty..... nice kitty.... now back away slowly.... :-)
Really a great shot of this guy! Very nice detail on his fur and well composed/cropped. |

[ R E F L E C T ]by ericwooComment: I read through the comments and have to say I quite like the lighting the way you have it. I think this one serves as an excellent portrait - the silhouette entry more of a universal shot. |

He Still Remembersby ericwooComment: You know, I thought I'd commented on this one already - but it appears I did not. I really like this. Not just for the photographic qualities, but for the story it tells. In fact, mostly for the story it tells. I do like the fact the colors are very vibrant and nearly glow, and the silhouette is evenly dark and crisp. Well done! |

Day 9by Jaded_HousewifeComment: The guy who hangs clothes from his nose thinks this hurts? :-) This is excellent. The fact that he's in sharp focus and you are not really actually works quite well. It's the yin/yang of the male/female thing. The difference in skin tone plays to that, too. And yes, this would have worked very well for Chemistry!
