Intenseby BradComment: My favorite as well, though the B&W is a close second. This one is beautifully framed and gives a gritty, real feel to what these guys do. Excellent shot, excellent photojournalism. |

Color my worldby JerseyGenieComment: Nice lovely soft light - what I recall California beaches do indeed look like a lot of the time! |

Romanorum Nemusby jaysonmcComment: B&W definitely is the right choice for this - I don't even need to see the color version to decide. Very well seen. |

California Baskingby noranekoComment: Exceptional. The look is simply priceless - really exudes warmth and contentment. I hope you enter this in a wildlife competition somewhere in the "outside" world - I suspect it will kick butt and take names. Great score, congrats on the new personal best, too! |

Ponte Vecchio, Florenceby raishComment: Beautifully subdued and worth lingering. I do like the partial arch on the right by the way - it adds just enough to balance the picture in my opinion. |

Milwaukee Carouselby ArpeggioAngelComment: This one is very lovely - I like the angle and the blurred background, particularly the dark in the lower section with really highlights the horse. But the best part of all is the light you captured - not only do you have a nice catchlight in the eye, personifying an inanimate object, but the way the light is caught and played in the mane is very nice! |

newsby boysetsfireComment: If the score perchance is a bit disappointing, look at the average from your commenters. One of my top picks for this challenge, but the fact you already recognize it as good and are proud of it beats placement anyday. You do exceptional and unique work - keep it up. |
