onthehunt2.jpgby KelliComment: I don't think the focus is all that terribly bad to tell you the truth, and I really like the look on the cat's face. It is a bit noisy color-noise wise which may be due to the ISO or to processing (ie trying to brighten up shadows.) Still a very interesting picture in my opinion. |

No Good Looking at Meby raishComment: Very good composition - your cat has such a regal and elegant presence in the shots your present. I'm amazed at the clarity of said cat when the shot is at 1/8 second - mine never hold still that long. And I agree with Don - this is a nice addition to the series, intentional or not. |

Wink!by noranekoComment: Too cute!!! What a great catch and a great job of photographing it! He almost looks like "whaddya want - I'm sleepin' here!". Way to give personality to a critter - you do that so well. Congrats on the new personal best and in a Free Study, no less! |

Meow!by emily212Comment: I actually like the harsh lighting on this alot and would have scored it well. The dust in the image is a bit distracting and can be removed in post processing. I also really like the crop and the way the light creates shadows of the lashes in the eye. Very much underscored in my opinion. |

Winter Heavenby AmasonComment: Beautiful presentation - nicely not overdone. The soft pastels in this really make it a lovely bucolic picture of winter. Thanks for sharing this with us! |

Hey - Can't you see we're talking here?by timfythetooComment: Great shot, Timfy - and look, nothing below a 4 at all, and only 3 of those. Darn fine showing in a Free Study if you ask me! I really do like the "look" they gave you - really engages the viewer and gives the shot a spark. |
