I very much like the juxtaposition of the not-young ladies (i'm gettin' there, too, so I don't say "old") against the graffiti, generally thought of as done by younger people. The golden tones of this are wonderful.

The main reason I dropped by your portfolio was to comment on this one. I didn't leave many comments during voting this time, but remembered that I wanted to come back and comment this one. Glad to see it was yours. This is one of those that makes you quietly linger and enjoy. I particularly like the inclusion of the bird. Normally I'd want your subject looking at the camera, but with the bird there, this works with him looking out of the frame. As always, light is excellent.

I see a lovely study in texture and light. Love how this really brings out the texture of his sweater. Not as "lifeless" as I see some paintings as being - definitely warmer and richer - at least to me.

Well balanced still life. Lighting is pretty good, thought the brightness of the center disk in front is a bit overpowering with respect to the rest of the image.

Oooh - vinyl! It's making a comeback, you know. Good selection - I've owned quite a few of those myself. As a picture, it shows what you want it to show but doesn't have a great deal of "kick" to it. Not sure how to make something like this have more "kick", though.

Hi, I'm an addict. Nice work platering the cup with stickers! Good in-your-face composition (if that's what you're after) but a less centered comp might add more interest/balance overall. In this case, I can also see some more dramatic lighting with a long shadow to add symbolism, too. Good idea for the challenge.
