Seriously underscored. I got it. Good even light, good focus. The composition is OK, but I think the "baby" thing threw a lot of people. And at first glance, I thought the pregnancy test thing was one of those anti-theft devices on the clothing. Maybe instead of the sculpture, a rattle or a toy might have been better. Still, I thought it a nice picture - gave it a 6.

I think you selected the right one for challenge purposes (obviously) but I think this one tells the story even better, and I like the composition with the bottle in the foreground. Has a good sense of depth to the shot.
