Oh, this is lovely! The minimalistic approach works very well here. The processing (which you should note in your comments, so we know what you did) makes it look kind of like the bottom half is pure B&W with the top half (the sky) more of a sepia tone. I find that rather interesting.

I guess I'll be different... what I like is the empty chair. For some reason, that draws my attention. Like something is missing to complete the scene. Of course, in reality, were someone in that seat, you'd not have this shot with it's delicate and tensioned balance.

I'm a huge fan of B&W, but this one has me wondering if it might be better in color, if you wish to focus on the trash that is. As B&W, it's a bit jumbled, but my eye goes to the two people seated with their backs to each other and it resolves into an interesting comment on man's isolation from both others like him and his environment. Or it could just be a picture of a children's park. :-)

Very nice perspective! You might try cutting a bit off the top, maybe about halfway down that beam. To me that would give it a bit different (although not necessarily better) balance. This is busy, yet very simple - a great combination.

I like the overcooked approach to this shot - and I really like that you can read the back of the label through the bottle. This would work well as an ad for the product.

Lovely composition! This works quite nicely in B&W - gives it stately feeling, a procession witnessed by the reflected tree.

I really do like shots like these that are just barely in color, but not by much. I agree with you that it works well this way, and despite being a very strong fan of B&W, I do like this one best in color.

Amazing shot! Love the mercury-like quality of the water's surface and the indents from the feet. Great capture very well presented.

Not only did you get a 6, but you got a perfect 6.0000. That's pretty nifty! What I like about this is the quiet relationship between the two crossed flowers, the lovely little white ones below, and the "neighborhood gossip" flower in the background keeping such a close eye on the other two.
