Setting of another sunby herfotomanComment: That poor gerbera has seen better days, but I like the texture of the peeling poster. I also like the apparent graffiti on the sign next to it, too. |

maybeby cutoutComment: There's a sense of both known and unknown here - I don't usually manage to pull that off, but that doesn't mean I don't try on occasion! |

Ready for Your Close-up, Mr Pigeonby raishComment: Now if the darn pigeon would JUST SHOW UP! I had this very same problem, though not with this view. Pelicans and pigeons seemed a bit camera-shy during the time this challenge was open - go figure! Your use of trees as the presenters of your photograph is very much something I would do. Probably not something the landscape photograpers would want us to do, but hey, I like it just fine. |

Blossomby hajekaComment: Reminds me of spring, and a shot I took rather similar to this of a pink tree like this. I do try to look both up and down to see what I might be missing sometimes! |

Northby CuttoothComment: Oh my! What a wonderful view! That solitary bird makes the shot. You're definitely more skilled at using processing to bring out the photograph you want than I am. Well done. |

Watchingby GolferDDSComment: What GREAT eyes!! I took a shot very similar to this of a cat I was babysitting for a friend who was deployed at the time. This is better! |

Church floor view in the style of Melethiaby clickodakComment: I remember shooting from the floor of the church, possibly with Sara, in either York or Rome. Main reason I shot from the floor was to accommodate for the slow shutter speed! (Most churches frown on tripods.) This is quite lovely. Very peaceful. |

Tribute to Chasing the Sunby DCrest01Comment: A much nicer composition, and gentler handling of the processing than my version. I like the balance with the clouds and the rocks - they echo each other nicely! |
