The strong will surpress the weakby dadas115Comment: Wow! Fantastic colour. I just returned recently from Africa and saw many birds eating snakes and frogs but none with such a vivid blue colouring. And his beak too! I think a wider DOF would benefit this image. |

The Power to Change the Worldby gpiersonComment: An interesting idea. I love globes so I am drawn to this entry. I think lighting could be more even but then again the dark shadows provide a little more drama. |

Strength in Prayerby xcharrierComment: Focus is soft or there is motion blur - not sure which.
I am not a religious person so this image doesn't connect with me on an emotional level as strongly as it might with others.
I do think the backlighting is an excellent choice and composition is also strong. |

Generationsby ZoomdakComment: I love the angle and also the circle of light falling on the backrdrop. There is some wonderful texture in the backdrop too that is blurred out just perfectly because of the DOF. Great composition too. |
