It is certainly a place of magic & mystery; I remember it well, from the late 50's. It is unfortunate that the weather was not more cooperative for you. I am left with the feeling that the square composition is not doing this justice, as well; I feel the need to see the estuary, the sweep of the low horizon, on the left. Even so, the image works well for me.

This is an interesting building and a dynamic point of view, but the light is not doing it justice, and the post-processing seems muddy and shifted too much into the yellow, at least to my eyes.
