Isolatedby the99Comment: It's interesting to me how many commenters completely missed the point here. Collectively, they'd have the photographer remove or alter literally every element of the image that gives it its eerie, otherworldly presence, its sense of isolation and ennui. Helluva shot. |

Soaring ...by pamelasueComment: Beautiful capture. The title bugs me, because it's NOT "soaring", which by definition is floating along on outstretched wings; the bird's in the act of flying, probably climbing after takeoff. But that's really neither here nor there. |
