Morning in Irelandby BlackdoGphotoComment: Sweet! Is that a *graveyard* back there? Positively mystical/mythical shot. If it were an expert editing challenge, I'd be SO tempted to 'shop in a unicorn horn, LOL. Well done! |

cieliby gnappComment: That rainbowish stuff? That's what happens when you polarize through an airplane window... You probably know that, but liked the effect. So do I, actually, in this shot, but I wish it weren't all so washed out. |

Timeby badger88Comment: Now there's an aptly titled, evocative shot. Good work! Love the square in the floor. |

Watkins Glen, NYby smichenerComment: Oh, I love this spot. I wish the values were a little richer, seems a tad washed out on my monitor at least. But a sweet capture. |

Colors of Nightby KenComment: This is strange... Image and processing are in general first-rate, but there's a distinct sense of "lean" to it. I'm aware the light itself is essentially squared up, but the walkway pylons seem skewed. Not only that, the jetty seems artificially horizontal, if you catch my drift?
I'd be tempted to try skewing left to square the pylons then skewing down to make the jetty just a bit of a diagonal; I think that would feel more natural to me...
Something like this, maybe, though the actual horizon seems a tad off now, but that's fixable..

USS Massachusetts (BB-59)by bobnospumComment: Tones are lovely, POV is striking, overall sense of power & menace is excellent, but the image loses so much by having the BG bridge. I know you didn't have any optiosn to speak of, but it's just too bad :-( |
