O Trapicheby BudComment: I absolutely love this image. It's so rewarding to examine closely, there's so much in it. I wonder, did you crop at the top? I feel like you may have gone a hair too far, if so... I feel it would be stronger if the rooflines right and elgt weren't quite so close to the edge of the frame. |

Multnomah Falls, Oregonby DrAchooComment: Throw me in the group that goes "pee-yew!" at the heavy inline border on an otherwise truly outstanding image. |

64° 09' North 21° 58' Westby arngrimurComment: Beautiful B/W conversion, moody post-processing. "Our" 10-22mm lens is rapidly rising to the top as the landscape lens of choice, LOL. I take it this is a modern sculpture of the bare bones of a Viking longship? More information would be wonderful. |

My Back Yard by qmdiComment: Originally posted by thehitter: that is pretty but since when does the sun rise over the ocean (west) in malibu? |
The entire coastline of California runs roughly east/west from Santa Monica to Port Hueneme. There are plenty of small headlands in that stretch where you can actually look east at the water. |

STARRY NIGHT by PhilosComment: Really nice shot Peter! I had this pegged for blue when I saw it. You might ocnsider leveling the horizon on this one now to make it even "purer". |
