End of the Road in Oz by scalvertComment: Fun story and great shot. We are SUCH opposites; I can't imagine "constructing" a shot that way anymore... Congrats on red! |

Golden Gate Bridgeby RikkiComment: That's a very nice view, rikki. Lovely processing. But let's try using skew or perspective adjustment to clean up the verticals? Since this is a 20D shot, I'm assuming you have enough cropped off right and left that youc an do this from the original. |

44018222-M.jpgby stare_at_the_sunComment: This is a particulalrly interesting take on the much-maligned "droplet shot" because the sense of scale is so oblique. It looks like an astronomical shot, a moon rising over venus or something. I like it. |

absolutebeauty.jpgby theodor38Comment: Luscious. I'm a tad bothered by the way the line seems appended tot he lips on the right side of the photo; I wish the merge to line were more evident. otherwise very nice. |

Walk This Wayby taterbugComment: Now this is much more to my taste, conceptually. The doctor is right on both counts, though: the concrete diagonal lower left kills it, and the tones otherwsie could use some richening up. |

The Chaseby BradComment: Yo, Brad. I was checking this out due to your posting of your score in a thread, and thought I'd add an observation: you say "4.207 ?? That says to me it did not meet the challenge. I am confused."
I don't agree; I think this was seen by most as meeting the challenge, I don't think that's an issue here. But it's a pretty unremarkable picture, in my honest opinion. If you look at the composition organically, it seems muddy and disorganized altogether. It might work better if the brids were sharper, crisper, stood out more, but really it's just sort of dysfunctional to me. I understand what youw ere after here 'cuz I've done a BUNCH of flocking-birds pics in the last few weeks, and not one of them is worth posting up.
