This has quite an appealing glow to it. In the main I like it very much. although it seems a bit sacrificed in the dark areas, mainly lower right where I ache for a little more separation. Fine shot!

I'm in love with this near-abstraction, it's very much to my taste. You either spent a LOT of time getting the cropping "just so" or you're an unconscious genius at that stuff; the tension and interplay between the different diagonals and the edges is very fine. Beautiful luminosity.

It IS a little soft. The cars definitely cause some vibration (try walking across the bridge sometime), and this will cause the lights to move, and this will further soften things by making shadows less sharp. Try zooming in and comparing sharpness on the low pier in front of the bridge and the hills in the BG; that will give you a clue.

As for the colors, they seem about right to me, emotionally.
