Hip prosthesis

Well that's really interesting. Can't say I've ever seen one of these before. I feel this meets the challenge well, however I think that the lighting near the "ball" might be a bit harsh on the table. The lighting on the hip prosthesis its self is great, just the glare from the table is harsh. Angle and framing/cropping are nice. And you focus is great. I have to admire that, as it was the hardest part of the challenge for me. Nice shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~

Very cool idea and great creativity and originality. How many packs of m&m's did you have to pick those purple ones out of. ;) I really like the angle and framing/cropping here. Your lighting was beautiful. No distracting shadows or bright spots. Whatever you used to prop the bag up with is showing a bit at the top of the bag, but other than that minor detail, this is a great shot. 9 Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~

Congrats on the Admin note. Great job. I am asuming that this is a red contact or film that has been cut and worn like a contact? I am not usually one for harsh lighting, but in this case, it works very nicely. Wrath is a good chioce for the challenge, in my opinion. You have done an excelent job of portraying it here. I can see this as gluttony. Nice portrayal. I love the focus in this shot. The sharp focus being on the front and the narrow dof wrks well here. Composition is nice. I see gluttony being portrayed here. This is an excelent photo. One you could see hanging in an icecream shop. The angle and framing/cropping are great. The subtle reflections are great. Focus and clarity are excelent. I really like the balence of this photo, without being symetrical, there is a lot of balence. Lighting conditions are perfect. Great shot. Excelent. Great focus and clarity. You have the perfect focus on the paper so we can see the message there. The way he is positioned, really creates the mood. I have given this a 9, but as I think about it, I'm now trying to figure out which of the 7 sins this represents. The abuse could represent wrath...ok, I get it. Lust. This is in relation to the sex abuse scandals from clergy. nevermind me, just thinking out loud. lol. Your angle and framing/cropping are excelent. Looks like real blood. If it isn't, you have fooled me. However, it IS almost halloween and those blood capsule things are everywhere, so hmmmm... At any rate, really nice shot. Not sure if I'm seeing lust of wrath here. They look like they are in an ambracing positions, however he looks like he's ready to kill. I would vote on wrath above anything here. Eitherway, I feel it fits the challenge. Your lighting is wonderful. I really like how half the photo is lit and the other half fades into darkness. Black and white works really nicely here. I think that the focus is great and this is an overall very nice shot. On another note, this looks exactly like a guy I went to school with years and years ago in MI. Good shot.
